Deliveries

We currently accept orders within the UK only.

Any item that is currently held in stock will be despatched for next day delivery.

Any item not currently held in stock will be ordered from the supplier, and should be despatched within 5 Working Days.

In the rare circumstances when it is envisaged that the orders will take longer than 10 Working Days to be despatched to you (e.g. due to a supplier’s stock shortage) we will contact you immediately.

PAT South Wales Ltd does not take responsibility for any loss/damage during transit, although the parcel is covered with limited insurance through Royal Mail and the Courier Company. Each order despatched is packed with extreme care using appropriate packing, but in the unfortunate event that you do experience any damages during transit, please notify us immediately either by e-mail or telephone and then in writing within 7 days.
